Smooth throttle cars on your server!
This resource will prevent your car from skidding all the time when accelerating. It will also prevent you from reversing when braking. You'll come to a complete stop and then you'll have to reverse again to really start driving backwards.

Note that you can hold the handbrake (spacebar) and accelerate, and this will temporarily remove the throttle limiter.
